Phluffing the Girls

This unique and informative presentation introduces women and breast cancer survivors to personal hand lymphatic undulation flow facilitation (PHLUFF). One of  Lynn's most popular presentations, "Phluffing the Girls" teaches participants to reduce breast congestion and discomfort due to puberty, periods, and pregnancy. Phluffing is a easy, gentle safe self-massage done twice daily  which softens the breasts and aids in early detection of breast cancer.

Phluffing the Girls is recommended for health profession continuing education, regional health association conferences and women's clubs and Junior Leagues.
